I run the marketing, so you can run the business.

This is a real map, not a diagram. It is the operating plan behind Harlem Property Re+Development: eleven channels, four funnel stages, each with its own objective, KPIs, and priority queue. Most businesses hire separately for creative, ads, and admin, then spend their own time joining the parts together. This is that joining work.

“Johvany completed this contract ahead of schedule and with great attention to detail. Very happy with the results and will definitely engage him again for similar projects.”

Selected work

Proof in the details.

Client campaigns first, then concept pieces, clearly marked. Filter to whatever you are actually hiring for.

What you can hand over

One partner.
Fewer moving parts.

Take the whole operation or start with the piece that is costing you the most time right now.

Paid Ads

Google and Meta campaign setup, audience structure, negative keywords, conversion tracking, and the biweekly report that says what to change next.

SEO & Local Search

Keyword mapping, service page structure, on-page optimisation, Google Business Profile, and the local citations that decide who shows up in the map pack.

CRM & Automation

GoHighLevel pipelines, forms, tags, lead follow-up, missed-call text-back, booking reminders, and email sequences that run without you.

Web Pages

Landing pages, service pages, and funnel builds, structured for conversion, mobile-first, with tracking that actually fires.

Graphic Design

Ad creative, carousels, email banners, thumbnails, flyers, and campaign systems built so a whole service line looks like one brand.

Video Editing

Reels, Shorts, UGC-style edits, talking-head cleanup, captions, motion titling, and recurring report series on a fixed cadence.

Social Media

Content calendars, captions in your brand voice, scheduling, community engagement, and monthly reporting on what actually moved.

Admin & VA Support

Inbox and calendar, data entry, research, lead lists, CRM clean-up, SOPs, and documentation, the day-to-day that keeps the rest running.

Process

Four steps,
in this order.

Clear priorities and useful updates. No status meetings that could have been a message.

Step one

Understand

We review your goals, brand, current assets, and what is leaking time or money right now.

Step two

Plan

I map priorities, content direction, workflow, and campaign structure, and tell you what I would do first.

Step three

Build

I design, edit, build, clean up, schedule, or set up the agreed work, and keep you posted as it lands.

Step four

Report

You get the numbers, what they mean, and the priority queue for the next round.

Before you ask

The practical questions.

The things worth settling before a first call, answered plainly.

What hours do you work, and will we overlap?

Sunday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Philippine Time (UTC+8). That is a full overlap with Australian business hours and an evening overlap with US Eastern. For US clients I hold a window early or late as needed. Say which hours matter and I will work to them.

Do you take one-off projects or only ongoing work?

Both. Some clients need a single campaign set or a funnel build; others need the whole operation run month to month. Ongoing work gets a priority queue and a reporting cycle, which is where most of the value shows up.

Can you work inside the tools we already use?

Yes. Regular stack: GoHighLevel, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Workspace, WordPress, Canva Pro, CapCut, Make, Zapier, n8n, and Zoho. If you use something else, I will learn it rather than ask you to migrate.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, and I will keep client work off this site if you prefer. Everything shown here is published with permission.

What do you need from me to start?

Access to the accounts involved, any brand assets you have, and a short call to agree the first priority. If the assets are scattered, sorting that out is usually the first job.

How fast do you reply?

Within one business day, usually the same day. If a campaign is live and something breaks, sooner.
